I may well be who knows. Personally I don’t care about my weight as my personality at the best of times outshines it. Why not take a photo of your scales and put it on the forum?

What measurement system do you guys use? What is that equivalently in pounds?

1 stone = 14 pounds

So if i weight 8 stone 4 pounds, i would be 126 pounds

Its called puppy fat at your age mate. Mind you I’ve still got a bit of mine…

I think I am around 55 kg but I need to get back to around 47 as I am 5ft 1 and a half inches tall. It's the ruddy menopause with me and stuff but I am trying my best to keep healthy..yeah right on the computer eight hours a da is that healthy man? Only because it is winter but I do exercise in the house and do shopping on foot and lots of cooking and housework so that helps..plus some qi gong and stuff but at the end of the day it is to be healthy never mind some puppy fat..We must love every one as they are, thin, big, small , tall whatever but if we love ourselves well we gotta try to be healthy but I eat chocolates at certain times of the month..you know ladies hormones..it is hard to kick that habit.
