Its not good because your not burning calories when laying on your bed really. Unless your been chased by Freddie in your dreams then don’t eat before bedtime because you’ll never burn the fat off

Now you know why some people can stay thin and some people can’t. I wished I got chased by Freddie to lose a few pounds during my sleeping hours.

Another impact of eating before sleep is causing you to have troubles sleeping as your body is working hard to digest this food, so you will be more tired in the wee hours of the day.

Eating before sleeping is gonna make you have nightmares usually. Well, only if you eat much before you go to bed. And yes, it's bad for the health. You make your organism's work difficult. This can cause problems. And you're right, some people don't eat all day and then eat much before they go to sleep. They wonder why they can't burn their fat.

I really do not know about the veracity of this fact, but sleeping while your stomach is full could trigger from you getting nightmares. After eating, the tendency of your blood is really to focus on your digestive system thereby you feel sleepy at times. During this time since there is lack of blood flowing in you brain then they go wild and create bad dreams because of lack of blood in your brains.

Yeah it is actually pretty bad. You're not suppose to eat like 2 hours or so before you sleep. I would stop if I were you. And also if you eat chocolate before you sleep you will have some crazy dreams But I don't advise it lol.

I think you made it as your habbit, try not to eat before you sleep. It will give you also the habbit of snoring if you continue to eat before you sleep.

I personally don't think eating before you go to bed is a bad thing especially if you're a night owl and likes to stay up late, I would just recommenced eating small portions and preferably fruits like apples and oranges or bananas as a snack.
