Very ridiculous. Something that occurs off-campus should certainly not have an impact on the students school record, even if it does cause a school disruption. This should have been handled OUT of school.

Amazing how strict people are now days with the tiniest little rules, even if they don't apply in certain settings. I don't see what the school is trying to get out of this.. They've only caused a lot of trouble over a small thing.

Man, that is serious BS. That have no right to interfere on whats goes on in their lifes out of school. Once my brother got jumped by 10 kids or so, so he took out a knife on them to get them to go away. My brother got arrested, charged, given probation, and suspended from school for a week and a half. The other kids didn't have anything done to them, even though they found their bb gun stash. These school districts, and police districts are ridiculous.

Alicia, what most likely happened is threats or payment. People are greedy and would probably life a suspension for a few hundred. I hate people, and not too seem racist or anything, but why can't we can the N'word, I mean it shouldn't offend people it's just a word.

People are just getting worked up these days about stupid things.

Well legally you are still "in school" until you step in the door of your home. That is probably why this was dealt in their school.
