Look. The story about a lab in Wisconsin is fake. And all the others are. The other day I watched a show, about this. You see, this flu probably was a different type than other flus, and since it's "stronger" it survived better. And here is the epidemic. It would be impossible to say where the new micro-organism was born. It could be anyone with the normal flu. That micro-organism reproduced and it's offspring was the H1N1. You can't really blame anyone.
Also it could have originated ages before it was discovered as the H1N1. People don't test every single flu. But obviously some people went to the doctor who sent the blood samples to the lab. The lab noticed it was new. And slowly more cases came.
But you have to realize poor countries don't have labs testing for it. As for Mexico's case, it may be so that small villages already have this H1N1 flu, which is not much different from the regular flu , symptom-wise.
