I think that love can grow out of friendship, just as friendship can grow out of love. I don't think you need prefer one over the other - they are different aspects of the same feeling for someone. totally true. sometimes you won't be happy just being friends and sometimes friendship develop into real love and we can't tell. only time will tell what we really want in a relationship.
