I like to drink mineral water, usually a day two bottles of 500 ml. I think that too much water, the body is harmful.

Here in the Philippines since it is hot and temperate country drinking water at all times is a must. But, since water source is not as reliable anymore there are water companies that produces minderal filtered water as an alternative to tap water. It is basically safe and supposedly free from any dirt and bacterial contamination. But this is of course sold at a higher price than the tap water which you can get from your water supplier. In my case, I do buy these to provide it as my drinking water for health reasons.

Mineral Water? I've heard of it. I usually just drink regular tap water, it gets to be more of a scam and a way to empty your pocketbook otherwise.

what country are you from. it is not safe to drink tap water any more in the philippines and you will have diarrhea if you do. it is not safe for drinking any more. you are lucky that your tap water is still safe to drink.

I drink my home well water, but either mineral water or well water you have to drink a lot
to keep your body running without many problems.. We have to drink atleast 3 litres of water a day for proper cleansing of inside dirt from our body
