Very good that you can afford to sleep eight hours a day. In my case I have hard time sleeping at night at times. Stress and many other factors contribute for me being insomniac at times. But I see to it that I am able to catch up on it during weekends where I am able to relax and rest my body as best as i could.

i think that with our busy schedules that we can't really sleep 8 hours a day. but since i am a stay home person that i don't have any work to do at night. but i still do lot of things but i do them all in the morning. i find it hard to do the things i do at home when i was not able to sleep right at night.

I have about 9 hours sleep because sleep comes in sections of 3 hours so i think nine is perfect, and also gets me ready for school

it is really bad for your health even if you get 8 hours of sleep in the morning. sleep at night is different from slee in the morning. i think you better find other jobs. if you can. working in a call center is not easy also .

To be honest most nights I don't get a lot of sleep. I get about 4 hours a sleep per night.

I try to go for 8 hours, but I usually get 7. On Saturdays and Sundays I get to sleep like 12 hours at maximum.

5 to 7 hours tops. That's how much I sleep. I mostly on my computer after all the day's work and just want to relax and then that's what keeps me from sleeping sooner at nights.
