How much sleep do you get each night? -

For me i should have 8 hours sleep. i can't sleep less than that. if i sleep less than that i should have a nap on the following day.
Enough amount of sleep each day is very important to keep our bodies healthy. And it is said that you must sleep before 12 am. cause 12am to 3 am are the time when the body is doing its work to recover from all the stress and repair the damage done to our bodies. It is when the body body strengthens our immune system. We get more strength on the next day if we sleep during that time.
Not getting enough sleep will take its toll in our bodies. It will cause us to have a weak immune system which will make us susceptible to diseases specially that we have many diseases lurking around.
Good thread. I typically get about 5-7 hours of sleep due to early 9AM classes. I normally don't get tired until around 2 or 3. I do get more on the weekends though.

i want to stay up late like that if i have something good to do . but usually i don't have much to do so i just sleep early so i can wake up early and do my things early too.

Sunday-Friday 5-6 hours of sleep. Weekends 9-12. I always stay up late. I hate waking up on that cold morning and just wishing my alarm clock would stfu.

oh well. try drinking warm milk at night before bedtime. LOL. it works for some. ha ha. i can sleep well often times. my problem is not sleeping actually. but waking up. LOL.
I usually sleep for about 10 hours, unless I have something going on. If I actually have to get up, I usually get about 6-10 hours sleep, depending on whenever I go to bed.
I have EXACTLY the same problem. I usually donīt get sleepy until 1 AM, and i get up at 7:30 AM each day because of my school starting time. Kind of sucks, but i do recover on weekends. (11-13 hour sleeps ftw)

9AM classes aren't early! My school starts at 7:30AM. I usually get about 8 hours of sleep per night.

I am a night person so I like to stay up late, I just HATE waking up in the morning
