i also used to be a sprinter. i have really long legs so it was easy for me. jogging and running is difficult, and not just because i need to shed a few pounds! i don't breathe right when i jog/run. so i run out of air and my face gets really really red! i'm working on it though. i take walks and then jog for a few minutes. then walk, then jog. so on and so on. i hope eventually i will be able to just go for a jog. that's my goal!
