Default What is best " Democracy or dictatorship " - 10-30-2009, 02:07 AM

Hello freinds,

I want to know your views ? I personally feels that dictatorship is best than democracy as you will find more corruption in democracy.

What do you think?

I m firm beliver of objectivism. Every person in life should adopt this strategy. Objectivism you can read in ayn rand's big novels. Dictatorship is always going to hurt crowd.

Neither will make a big difference to my life. Whether it be for Obama or Mccain or whoever going to be president next. Which is why I never take part in politics. It is all talk. I have not yet to see what they promised us in their campaign. What a waste.

I believe Democracy is the best because with Dictatorship. What happens if you get the stuck up jerk as a dictator and he makes you a slave and you can't say anything about because he will kill you.

I rest my case.

Dictatorship is really sad. For example Hitler, he killed 7million jews and was a dictator. He was a *Censored* to europe in the Second world war. Just imagine what the world would be like if hitler died as a soldier in World war 1?
There would still be 30m+ people alive back then.
There would be no nazi's or anything, imagine how peaceful that would be.

Democracy is alot better, at least we can choose who runs our country.

Citizens don't have a voice in the hierarchy of a dictatorship. That's why most of them fail.

Dictatorship seems very flawed to me. I mean, one person to make the decisions for an entire community? It doesn't seem right.

So yes, democracy for me.

democracy pwns dictatorship, dictators have too much power. if your under dictatorship, your dictator can kill you or do anything he wants to do to you because he has all the power in your country/providence/state.

Democracy is flawed. Why are people so willingly accepting it these days? Has anyone considered the alternatives?

There's not much of a benefactor if switching to a dictatorship, is there now?

I've already stated Democracy is better then a Dictatorship - though I still agree Democracy is a flawed system and some kinks still need to be worked out.

I like both, however I prefer dictatorship over Democracy, Dictatorship at least things can stay in line, and as long as they don't abuse their power. Democracy people can get away with murder if they plan it right.

The whole system is corrupt, man!

The alternatives? Like communism, where everybody gets paid equal amounts, whether their a bum or a doctor? Yeah, I think I'll still with democracy, kthxbai.
