The rigging of election to gain political office has become common, lets discuss this issue.

What a wonderful discussion to start with..
Initially when ballot boxes were there rigging used to be very high..
but now election comission has introduced EVM's(electronic voting)
it has reduced rigging effectively..

I don't really think rigging affected much elections, although I could be wrong. It wouldn't seem like it would.
